Why Women’s Only?

Atmosphere and Safety Are Key To Success

At Invictus, we understand that self-defense is more than a skill; it's a mindset. Through Jiu-Jitsu and practical self-defense classes, we are able to offer women a powerful way to build physical strength and mental resilience.

We understand that training with or alongside men can be uncomfortable when you first start your journey into martial arts and self-defense. This is why we created a program taught exclusively by women for women.
